Welcome to my website. I am an Integrative Psychotherapist. and a developmental Psychologist. I am also a Philosophical and Mindfulness coach. I specialise in trauma so generally work with people with histories of abuse.

I am trained in various theoretical approaches including Person-centred Counselling, Psychodynamics, and CBT. I also have extensive training in Existential therapy. I work collaboratively with clients and apply each theory per the aims we set during our initial session together.

Based on Existential principles concerning the human need to acquire a personal authentic sense of self, I strongly believe that psychotherapy offers people the opportunity to fulfil your potential and become your best possible selves. I, therefore, offer clients a safe space to help you discuss your concerns in a judgement-free environment in which I present an empathic way of being. I apply philosophical coaching order to unpack difficulties that you may be experiencing to help you work through difficult and complex choices, or ethical moral decisions. I help you shed light, express, and explore philosophical features of your life, or 'world view'. This, in turn, helps you obtain greater awareness and understanding concerning any dilemmas you wish to work on. Philosophical coaching applies a practical, logic-based approach to equip you with the critical tools to support you in recognizing and calming unhelpful assumptions that contribute to pain and suffering.
