ABOUT ME

Having always been interested by the human condition and how different people interact with the world around them, I decided to explore this interest further, leading me to train as a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor.

A year into my post qualification and having acquired a deeper knowledge and fascination with the study of the brain and human behaviour, I decided to take my training a step further, and trained as a Psychologist.

Throughout my years training, I volunteered with several organisations including, but not limited to substance abuse rehabilitation services, domestic violence and sexual abuse services, and CAMHS.

Since having qualified as a psychologist, I have been awarded a doctorate in Philosophy and Art. I have also undertaken training as an Existential and Mindfulness Coach.
