ABOUT ME

Having always been interested in the human condition and how different people interact with the world around them, I decided to explore this interest further, leading me to training as a Psychotherapeutic counsellor.

A year into my post qualification and having acquired a deeper knowledge and fascination with the study of the brain and human behaviour, I decided to take my training a step further and trained as a psychologist.

Throughout my years training, I volunteered with several organisations including but not limited to substance abuse rehabilitation services, domestic violence and sexual abuse services, and CAMHS.

Since having qualified as a psychologist, I have been awarded a doctorate in Philosophy and Art and have also undertaken training as an Existential and Mindfulness Coach.

HOW I WORK

Having worked with people with histories and experiences of trauma, I understand the importance in making you feel safe. Whilst working with you, I always aim to offer you a safe and empathic environment in which you can discuss your concerns in order to help you grow and heal at your own pace.
